Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your sign-in details private.

You keep ownership of every photo and caption you post. By posting, you grant Lifestylee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content inside the app and on lifestylee.app, solely so the service can run. This licence ends when you delete the post or your account.

You confirm that you own or have permission to post what you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or privacy.

Do not post, send, or encourage any of the following:

• Nudity, sexually explicit material, or any sexual content involving minors
• Violence, gore, threats, or content that glorifies self-harm
• Hate speech, slurs, harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
• Illegal activity, dangerous acts, or the sale of regulated goods
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading content
• Other people's photos or private information posted without their consent

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive members. Uploads are screened by an automated reviewer before publishing, and reported content is reviewed by a human.

Every post has a Report action, and every member can be blocked from the same menu. Blocking hides that member's posts from your feed and removes any follow relationship in both directions.

We aim to review reports within 24 hours. Content that breaks these terms is removed, and we may suspend or permanently remove accounts that post it — without notice for serious violations. Our decisions on removals are final.

To flag something urgently, or to request removal of content that involves you, email support@lifestylee.app.

Uploads are analysed by an AI model that decides whether a photo fits the Lifestylee feed and returns a short, playful verdict. The verdict is an opinion about the photo, not about you, and it is not a guarantee about the safety or legality of any content.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, posts, uploaded images, likes, follows, and sign-in record. We may keep limited records where the law requires it.

Lifestylee is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

If we make material changes we'll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use Lifestylee after a change means you accept the updated terms.
